Medical Information on an Inmate in Oklahoma

Anyone have a definitive answer to this?  The best way to start would be to contact the case worker for your inmate if you know them, if not then you could try contacting the prison at the telephone number above.  How do you know he was highly injured?

Medical Information

The case worker may be another name for the Unit Manager, who is the main person to contact besides the Warden and Deputy Warden, who may direct you to the Unit Manager anyway, because the Unit Manager keeps all the inmate's records.   Pretty positive there will  be a form you would have to fill out, and you probably would have to have legal (maybe personal) reasons, and be a direct family member approved for visitation.
