Inmate Mailing Address:
Inmates may receive letters, and photos (no polaroids). Include the inmates name and ID just as the mailing address above shows. Do not mark the envelope or letter in any way; Lipstick, perfume, crayon art, drawings or markings of any kind will result in the correspondence being returned. Inmates may also receive New paperback books, magazines, newspapers or other printed matter mailed directly from Amazon.com: (Be sure to include the inmate name and ID number and send to the inmate mailing address above).
Family and friends of an inmate may send funds by United States Postal Money Order. Cash or personal checks will not be accepted. Postal Money Orders shall be sent via US Postal Service in c/o Inmate Accounts and contain no other item. Money Orders will be returned to the sender if sent with a letter or any other item.
In addition, payment will be accepted via the Western Union Quick Collect System. The person sending money will need to fill out a Blue Quick Collect Form available through Western Union Agents. The information the sender will need to send money in this manner is:

Where the form asks for Account Number, both inmate name and institutional ID number are requried.
Deposits shall not exceed $200 for any one deposit, except from IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS
The Kentucky department of correction and rehabilitation encourages family and friends who are positive role models to communicate and visit with an inmate. This can help with the inmate's reintegration with society.
