i am confused and worried

I read about guards sexually assaulting inmates here in 2010 I believe also in2012 I read about a guard taking bribes and bringing in prohibited stuff. My son just got transfered. To this unit. I am worried about him. Also I have mailed him 4 letters and he has not got any. This is his third transfer. Why do they transfer so much? Also I sent money to his commissary and he has not gotten it put on yet, why? He has been in the tdcj since Dec.22,2014.
