Inmate Mailing Address:
Inmates incarcerated in Poinsett County Detention Center are allowed to receive letters, stamps, blank paper, envelopes, newspapers, magazines, books, and up to 5 photos at a time (no polaroids, sexually suggestive or nude photos). Your complete name and address must be written legibly in the return address area of the envelope. When sending correspondence always include the inmates name and Identification number as the mailing address above shows. Do not mark the envelope or letter in any way. No pens or pencils, small trinkets, or jewelry or other items should ever be mailed with the correspondence. Inmates may receive New paperback books, magazines, newspapers or other printed matter mailed directly from the following: (Be sure to include the inmate name and ID number and send to the inmate mailing address above).
Family and friends of an inmate may deposit funds to an inmate's commissary account via a terminal at visitation, using either cash or a debit/credit card.
