Inmate Mailing Address:
Inmates are allowed to receive letters and photos (no polaroids, do not send nude or sexually suggestive photos). Your complete name and address must be written legibly in the return address area of the envelope. When sending correspondence always include the inmates name and ID number as the mailing address above shows. Do not mark the envelope or letter in any way. No stamps, pens or pencils, small trinkets, or jewelry or other items should ever be mailed with the correspondence. Staples, paperclips, lipstick, perfume, crayon art, stickers, drawings or markings of any kind will result in the correspondence being returned. Inmates may also receive New paperback books, magazines, newspapers or other printed matter mailed directly from the following: (Be sure to include the inmate name and ID number and send to the inmate mailing address above).
Family and friends of an inmate may send up to $100 by way of United States Postal Money Order. The money order must be made payable to the inmates full committed name and identification number and have the senders complete information including signature and return address. Send completed legible money order to facility at the inmate mailing address provided above for processing.

The Ohio department of correction encourages friends and family members of inmates who demonstrate a positive influence to communicate and visit with an inmate. This can help the inmate in the rehabilitation process, and eventually with his or her reintegration back into society.
You must be on the approved visitation list prior to visiting.
If you are bringing a minor or a child to visitation you will need to fill out an authorization form.

Do not bring any tobacco products into the institution, as it is a smoke free environment. Violators will be subject to possible loss of visitation rights and other sanctions.
Visiting Hours are as follows:
Visiting is by reservation only. Please call 419-526-2100, Extension 0, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. or Saturday and Sunday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to make a reservation.
Visiting hours are held Tuesday through Saturday, 7:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Visitors must arrive no later than 2 p.m. No visits on holidays.
Closed on all State Holidays.
